Образованная в 1995 году, эта группа — одна из самых передовых последователей ню-джаза и чил-аута, жанров, характеризующих такие лейблы, как Compost Records и Sonar Kollektiv. Они также экспериментировали с латиноамериканским джазом, что можно услышать в треке «Tres Bien».

У них также есть сайд-проект, «Extended Spirit». Кроме этого, они получили признание как новаторы ремикса за многочисленные работы вроде Marschmellows, Ian Pooley, Incognito, 4Hero, en:M.J. Cole"M.J. Cole, Masters At Work и многие другие.
